Trollringen
Trollringen is an independent follow-up to Trollprinsen, and premiered in Bergen May 25 2007, during Bergen International Festival.
We are reunited with Trille, and this time she is looking for a magic ring. The ring produces gold, which prevents the sun from burning up, and will give the humans a chance to defeat evil and save the earth. But in her search for the ring, she encounters many obstacles.
The cast is made up of top international circus artists, educated from the national circus school in Canada and with experience from the renowned companies Cirque de Soleil and 7 Fingers of the Hand. Alongside two Norwegian actors they take the audience on a colourful, poetic and magical ride.
Once again, Per Zanussi composed the original music.
